How a shift runs, from arrival to handover.

Shift start
Day shift starts at 9 AM and night shift at 9 PM. Women work day shifts of about 8 hours.

Attendance
The supervisor marks each person in the register against their employee code, with a photo.
- 03
On the job
Support on production lines, with equipment, and with everyday work around the site.
- 04
Handover
The outgoing shift hands over to the next. Gate passes and short hours are noted for the monthly muster roll.
