Questions we get asked

Three kinds: housekeeping staff for cleaning and upkeep of floors, offices and shared areas; machine helpers who work beside your operators on production lines; and general helpers for stores, loading and everyday work around the site.

We are based in Roorkee. Every plant we staff today is in Roorkee or the Bhagwanpur industrial area, including Raipur Industrial Area, Shiv Ganga Industrial Estate, Kishanpur and Sisona. If your site is elsewhere in the Haridwar–Roorkee belt, ask us.

Men work 12-hour shifts, day (9 AM to 9 PM) or night (9 PM to 9 AM). Women work day shifts of about 8 hours. The roster for your site fixes who works which shift before anyone starts.

Every worker has an employee code. Our supervisor marks attendance in the register every shift, with a photo, and records gate passes and short hours. At the end of the month this becomes a muster roll you can check line by line.

It depends on how many people you need and on which shifts. We visit your site, agree the roster with you, and give you a start date along with the quote.

It depends on headcount, shifts and the work involved, so we quote per site after a visit. Send us your requirement and we usually reply within a working day.

Yes. Most of our work is in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, plastics and personal care plants, but housekeeping staff and helpers work just as well in offices and warehouses.
